This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) is used by the Limited Liability Company Kautra (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) for the purpose of establishing personal data processing terms and conditions when browsing the Data Controller’s website. The terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy shall apply each time you access our content and/or services on any device (computer, tablet computer, smartphone, TV, etc.).

Please be reminded, however, that even though we take all the security measures to protect your data, no website, online transaction, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure. We will be storing your data for 2 years from the last time you have used our services or viewed our content. Following the expiration of this term, the data will be deleted with no possibility of recovery.

Juozapavičiaus Pr. 84, 45501 Kaunas) and inform us of the refusal for your personal data to be processed for the purpose of direct marketing and/or for the automated personal data processing, including profiling, to be used exclusively. You do not need to state your reasons.

**Personal data profiling might be carried out based on the personal data submitted by you for the purpose of direct marketing and with the aim to offer you customized solutions and recommendations. You may revoke your consent to automated personal data processing, including profiling, or object to it at any time.

The data subject can submit any personal data processing-related request or instructions to the Data Controller in writing by submitting it directly to us at A. Juozapavičiaus Pr. 84, 45501 Kaunas.

The Data Controller shall present its reply and carry out the request or refuse to do so no later than one month from receiving any such request or instructions. If needed, the said deadline can be extended for two more months with respect to the number and complexity of requests. In such a case, the Data Controller shall notify the data subject about the extension of the deadline within one month from receiving the respective request and indicate the reasons for such a delay.

The Data Controller may refuse to provide the conditions for the data subject to exert the above listed rights, except the refusal to process personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, when the laws set forth that prevention, investigation or determination of criminal activities and breaches of professional conduct and ethics or the rights and freedom of the data subject or other persons/entities must be first ensured.
